The 'King' of this Realm. I don't understand him or his ways and he may keep it that way.
He is our Judge, Jury and if need be Executioner. We're kept alive because we're useful and he's just lazy enough not to want to wait another few centuries for more 'us' to come along.
He's apparently 'one' of the Imposters that was within Luro, he left for reasons unknown.
He resembles Luro to make him easier to talk to...a consideration for us.
He apparently possesses the 'Past' and 'Future', he needs the 'Present' to enter the real world, at least from what Avnia told us.
He is...the former King of Facade. He ultimately succumbed to madness due to an Imposter, who entered his kingdom as Jester, manipulating his feelings for his family and Kingdom.
