One In a Thousand
An inseparable duo
Impulse: One In a Thousand- Activating her Impulse causes Cedric to come out...and puts a strain on her mental state it seems.
I... don't know where to start with these two. There's so much I don't know but Jackie and Cedric are the same person. Cedric has been acting as her shadow all this time, and apparently, when she removed her glasses it activated her Impulse, which allows Cedric out.
1. Cedric appears as a shadowy person, he can't talk except to the 'Deranged' apparently. Jackie can hear him clearly. Luro can kind of understand him.
